It's one of the most convenient places in the city to live without a car: Village Green Centre and the big-box stores along 27th Street are close by, and downtown is about five minutes away.

Kin Race Track Athletic Park on 43rd Avenue, next to Kal Tire Place, is the site of the City's new Active Living Centre, and the park itself is being redesigned with dog parks, pickleball and a toboggan run.
